Vienna Waltz

When visiting Vienna, Austria over a decade ago, Amy tried her first Riesling-Gewurztraminer blended wine and fell in love. A beautiful dance between LaBelle Riesling and Gewurztraminer, this semi-dry wine expresses stone fruit and a hint of zest that is soft and elegant with a long, lingering finish. Enjoy this wine chilled with salads, seafood, poultry or Asian fare.

Infused with French oak cubes for approximately 3 months.

May be cellared up to 2 years.

About Riesling:  Riesling is a white grape variety which originated in the Rhine River region of Germany. Riesling is an aromatic grape variety displaying flowery, almost perfumed, aromas as well as high acidity. It is used to make dry, semi-sweet, sweet, and sparkling white wines. Riesling wines are usually varietally pure and are seldom oaked.

About Gewurztraminer:  Gewurztraminer is an aromatic wine grape variety with a pink to red skin color, which classifies it as a “white wine grape”.  The variety performs best in cooler climates, has high natural sugar and usually yields off-dry wines.
