This blueberry port style wine celebrates the winery’s long history of making fine wine from blueberries. Winemaker Amy LaBelle’s first batch of wine ever made was a Blueberry Wine. The winery has since created a dry Blueberry wine and a semi-sweet Blueberry wine. Now, Blue Alchemy rounds out the line. A deep, complex, after-dinner wine, displays rich structure & body. Blue Alchemy is made with New Hampshire blueberries and blended with apple brandy & New Hampshire maple syrup. Excellent for sipping on its own or with a cheese course after dinner.
LaBelle Red Raspberry & Seyval Blanc wines blended together with the red grape Baco Noir to create this semi-sweet sparkling wine, exploding with fresh raspberry aromas & flavor. A perfect choice for any special occasion, but relaxed enough to enjoy any day alongside friends & family.
The next time you enjoy a pear, close your eyes & focus on the extraordinary flavors and aromas of this everyday fruit. We have enhanced these characteristics in this special dessert wine, spiced with oranges & ginger, perfect for sipping after your favorite meal. The orange & ginger spices were freshly hand-grated and added during the wine’s aging process. Excellent with fine cheese & nuts after dinner, this wine would also compliment an array of after-dinner treats such as ginger cookies, crème brulee, cheesecake or profiteroles. Enjoy slightly chilled.
LaBelle Riesling is a semi-sweet, aromatic white wine with apple, peach & pear notes as you first raise the glass. On your palate, this wine is complex – adding floral and honey overtones – alongside citrus nuances and a delicate minerality. That’s why this wine is great with a variety of food pairings ranging from appetizers to desserts. It is so flexible that it compliments most meals – a nice easy choice! Especially great with poultry or seafood.
Can be bottle-aged up to 5 years.
LaBelle Winery guests often debate whether to enjoy our Riesling or Cranberry wine with their fall and holiday meals. With this delicious blend, you can have both in one! Perfect with all the flavors of fall and harvest, this semi-sweet wine will delight your senses and is excellent with all things pumpkin. Due to its flavor and bright acidity, LaBelle Cranberry Riesling is a natural choice for your family holiday meals, especially Thanksgiving turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Enjoy chilled.
Americus is a dry and bold red with savory dark fruit notes and loads of pepper on the palate. A blend of Cabernet Franc and the French hybrid grape Noiret, the rich tannin structure pairs well with grilled meats & heavier dishes. This is winemaker Amy LaBelle’s answer for a bold & full-bodied red, sourced from grapes grown in a cooler climate. Compare this wine to a Shiraz.
Infused with French oak up to 6 months.
Can be bottle-aged up to 10 years.
About Cabernet Franc: Cabernet Franc (along with Sauvignon Blanc) is one of the parent grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon. It produces wines similar in style to the more famous Cabernet Sauvignon, but lighter bodied, with less tannin and more aroma. It can have herbaceous (green pepper) aromas.
About Noiret: Moderately cold-hardy grape created from a complex cross in 1973 at Cornell University and it withstands temperatures to -14 °F. Noiret produces wines with a deep red color, good tannins, and unusually robust pepper overtones.
Dulce is an aromatic white wine made from the hybrid grape variety Vidal that we spiced with cinnamon, vanilla & pure New Hampshire maple syrup. This wine was fermented over the spices, imparting strong & distinct flavors & aromas. Enjoy this dessert wine on a cold winter’s night or at the end of a traditional holiday meal.
Winemaker Amy LaBelle performed her style of “Alchemy” blending Baco Noir, Noiret and Corot Noir to create this easy red dinner wine full of fruit, spice and woodland notes that is neither too light nor too heavy. At 1% residual sugar, Red Alchemy is a crowd-pleasing wine delicious with poultry or beef dishes, and wonderful with salmon. Noiret is one of Amy’s favorite grapes to work with and LaBelle Winery grows Noiret in the Pedroso Vineyard, which you pass on your left as you drive into the winery.
