Apples and maple syrup are popular co-stars in the New England food basket. In this specialty wine we add a touch of locally produced maple syrup to our fresh apple wine made from select, slow-fermented New Hampshire apples. With just the hint of maple, this smooth and easy-to-drink wine pairs perfectly with ham or pork or is excellent after dinner with a cheese course – especially cheddar! Serve this delicacy at room temperature or slightly chilled.

The next time you enjoy a pear, close your eyes & focus on the extraordinary flavors and aromas of this everyday fruit. We have enhanced these characteristics in this special dessert wine, spiced with oranges & ginger, perfect for sipping after your favorite meal. The orange & ginger spices were freshly hand-grated and added during the wine’s aging process. Excellent with fine cheese & nuts after dinner, this wine would also compliment an array of after-dinner treats such as ginger cookies, crème brulee, cheesecake or profiteroles. Enjoy slightly chilled.
Winemaker Amy LaBelle performed her style of “Alchemy” blending Baco Noir, Noiret and Corot Noir to create this easy red dinner wine full of fruit, spice and woodland notes that is neither too light nor too heavy. At 1% residual sugar, Red Alchemy is a crowd-pleasing wine delicious with poultry or beef dishes, and wonderful with salmon. Noiret is one of Amy’s favorite grapes to work with and LaBelle Winery grows Noiret in the Pedroso Vineyard, which you pass on your left as you drive into the winery.
A beautiful marriage of our gold medal award winning wines Seyval Blanc & Red Raspberry, Corazon is a unique, blush wine that is versatile enough to enjoy on its own or with a meal. An off-dry wine, Corazon is excellent with poultry or seafood, and, of course, during all romantic occasions… We recommend drinking this by candlelight! Compare this wine to a dry, French Rosé.
Can be bottle-aged up to 5 years.
About Seyval Blanc: Seyval Blanc is a French hybrid grape that ripens early and thrives in cooler climates. It is planted in England, Canada, and the northeastern United States. The grape produces crisp white wines with citrus notes.
Dulce is an aromatic white wine made from the hybrid grape variety Vidal that we spiced with cinnamon, vanilla & pure New Hampshire maple syrup. This wine was fermented over the spices, imparting strong & distinct flavors & aromas. Enjoy this dessert wine on a cold winter’s night or at the end of a traditional holiday meal.
Our blueberry port, Anthology, celebrates the winery’s long history of making fine wine from blueberries. Winemaker Amy LaBelle’s first batch of wine ever made was a Blueberry Wine. The winery has since created a Dry Blueberry wine and a Semi-Sweet Blueberry wine. Now, Anthology rounds out the line. A deep, complex, after-dinner wine, this wine displays rich structure & body. Anthology was made with New Hampshire blueberries and blended with apple brandy & New Hampshire maple syrup. Excellent for sipping on its own or with a cheese course after dinner.
In this rich, velvety decadence, we combine wine made from ripe blueberries & the French hybrid red grape Marechal Foch to create a uniquely New England red wine. Aged in French oak, the touch of blueberry makes this red grape wine a dry yet bold crowd pleaser. It is silky smooth on the palate with berry flavors, floral notes & soft tannins. Perfectly balanced, this wine is neither sweet nor tart, and is excellent with rich, spicy main courses or sweet desserts, or for sipping in front of a roaring fire. Pair with steak, grilled meats & Italian fare.
Can be bottle-aged up to 10 years.
