3 oz LaBelle Winery Seyval Blanc
1 oz good quality tequila
½ oz Triple Sec
½ oz oz Fresh Squeezed Lime juice (or if bottled, Nellie and Joe’s Key West Lime Juice)
½ oz Simple Syrup

Place ingredients in to a shaker over lots of ice and shake vigoriously. Strain into a salt-rimmed highball glass for an “up” presentation, or serve on the rocks and garnish with a lime slice.
