Dan Pratt at Astarte Farm grows luscious, organic tomatoes in the rich soil of the Connecticut River Valley.    Inspired by his family’s passion for excellent produce, we have transformed his gorgeous tomatoes into this light wine, replete with subtle summer essence and a pleasant acidity that will enhance seafood or poultry whether used in a recipe or chilled alongside.  Also wonderful over ice with a splash of simple syrup and a garnish of mint.
