This unique wine is made with only our celebrated heirloom apples. Their historically valued characteristics yield a more complex wine, replete with floral notes of roses and tulips. Made with 100% New Hampshire apples, the taste is round and slightly sweet, and drinks like a Riesling. This wine is excellent as an aperitif, with a light meal, and superb with turkey, ham, pork or meaty seafood such as salmon. Drink this wine as you would any white wine. Best served chilled.
