LaBelle Winery

A Note from Amy & Cesar

With Harvest and Crush completed, we turn our attention now to crafting nature’s raw ingredients into wonderful wine for you to enjoy and share.  Our First Harvest was a wonderful day with a small harvest and big emotions.  We have decided to craft the grapes harvested that day into a rose wine to share exclusively with guests of next year’s harvest!  Watch for details about next year’s harvest celebrations beginning next Summer.  Crush was a huge success, too.  We received & crushed 21,000 pounds of red grapes from our partner farm, Doyle Family Vineyard, in New York’s Finger Lakes Region.  It poured rain all day, and all were soaked to the skin, but the work we do here at LaBelle Winery is a labor of love.  We were drenched, but smiling.

As the weather turns cooler, I can’t help but be excited for our Third Annual Fall Bonfire Event – this year in a “story slam” style – with 21 Authors participating to share their spooky tales in 5 minutes or less.  It will be a blast, and appropriate for all ages, so bring your families and enjoy with the LaBelle Family!

Best Wishes,
Amy & Cesar

The Bistro Welcomes "Change of Season"

The Bistro at LaBelle Winery is excited to welcome this Autumn's "Change of Season." Crisp, cool evenings, aromas of wood-stoves burning, along with gorgeous sunsets as the backdrop to magnificent foliage as we transition through our New England seasons.

The Bistro's "Change of Season," has allowed us the opportunity to welcome Executive Chef Justin Hoyt to our culinary team. Executive Chef Justin Hoyt has fashioned an Autumn menu featuring and sourcing local ingredients whenever possible. Robie Farm Natural Beef (Piermont, NH), North Country Smokehouse (Claremont, NH) and Grafton Village Cheese (Brattleboro, VT) are only a few of the many locally sourced ingredients making an appearance on our menu this season. The seasonally inspired menu has allowed our culinary team to incorporate many of the LaBelle Wines into sauces, soups, stocks, dressings and desserts.

Whether you are seeking to enjoy some of our fantastic wines and a light lunch (Roasted Chicken Tartine made with LaBelle Dry Apple wine-brined chicken, North Country applewood smoked bacon, Grafton Village cheddar cheese, fig aioli and arugula alongside hand cut frites) or dinner overlooking the wine cellar;  (LaBelle Red Alchemy New York Strip served over pan roasted fingerling potatoes, and roasted seasonal vegetables or fresh homemade Butternut Gnocchi served with roasted seasonal vegetables, shallots, garlic confit, atop a LaBelle Winery apple wine cream sauce) The Bistro is sure to be a delight.  Winemaker Amy LaBelle has also created some seasonal cocktails for your enjoyment. (Mulled Apple Wine - served Hot! featuring LaBelle Dry Apple wine, apple brandy, Maple syrup, and aromatic autumnal spices or Spiced Caramel Apple Martini featuring LaBelle Dry Apple wine, Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka, Apple Cider, Buttershots, and a touch of ginger)

We are excited about the "Change of Season" and we hope that you will find that you are too! We do accept reservations and are looking forward to welcoming you and yours. - Cheers

The Wait is Over; Two Wine Favorites Are Back on the Shelves!

LaBelle Winery is happy to announce the return of two of our favorite Wines! After a two year absence our beautiful Heirloom Apple wine has returned! The heirloom apples used to make this wine, yields a complex structure with floral notes of roses and tulips and pairs well with turkey, ham or as and apéritif.

Halcyon wine is also back and is a blend of our Riesling and Apricot wines resulting in a delightful, slightly sweet wine which pairs well with a wide variety of foods, especially chicken and seafood.

Stop by the Tasting Room or Bistro soon to try these favorites!!
